V Design Detroit Pricing and Guidelines
Design services, website building, videography & editing is set at $80.00 per hour.
Design time also includes any revisions, photo manipulation, vectorizing, or anything requiring time to get the art correct.
Larger jobs requiring 8 hours or more, the rate is reduced to $60.00 per hour.
For VIP (return clients), the rate will also be reduced depending on the project.
ALL PROJECTS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE ANY WORK CAN BEGIN.
Deposits and payments can be made with a credit card via
PayPal account not required to make payments.
ART SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
If you are submitting art, please be sure they meet our guidelines for a quality
finished product and to save you time and money.
FOR SCREEN PRINTED, EMBROIDERED, CUT VINYL or LASER ETCHED ITEMS:
art must be in VECTOR format and be created in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, FlexiSign
or another program that creates vector art. Vector art should be saved with .EPS, .AI, .PDF,
or .CDR extensions. PDF is most preferred.
NOTE: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and Photoshop DO NOT create vector art
as well as any file with GIF, JPG, TIF, PNG , JPG extensions.
FOR ANYTHING PRINTED:
flyers, posters, CD and album art, printed bass drum wraps or vehicle wraps:
a high-resolution: (300 DPI at 100% / CMYK) JPG, PDF, TIF will work fine.
PDF is most preferred.
NOTE: any art created in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, CAD/CAM,
or any "design" program you got free with your PC are not acceptable.
